Q:  How long does it take the client to complete the NB Questionnaire, and does she have to do it all at one sitting?

A:  It usually takes from 30 to 45 minutes, and it can be completed at more than one sitting.  Advise your client not to agonize over questions:  if there is doubt, if you are unsure of the answer select NOT APPLICABLE and move on. Answer only those questions that she knows apply.

Q:  Why are questions duplicated?

A:   There are two good reasons for this:  (1)  It puts you in control.  You can instantly scan a category to know all of the particular symptoms your client has for each weakness.  This helps you to answer your client’s “why” questions.  (2)  It facilitates the mathematics needed to prioritize which of your client’s concerns require the most immediate attention.
